Requirements

β€’ 8-10 years experience managing a technical support team β€’ 4-5 years experience implementing API Integrations β€’ Competence in using project management software like Monday.com, Jira, and Zendesk β€’ Established and rolled out team KPI’s β€’ Excel proficiency with data sets including v-lookups and pivot tables β€’ Experience working with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams β€’ Ability to manage high-volume task lists effectively
