• Build and manage a team focused on implementing integrations and providing technical support • Provide technical support for implementation milestones • Consult and provide best practices to partners and customers • Maintain up-to-date tracking of tasks and monitor execution • Collaborate across various teams to move goals forward • Work with technical partners to expand capabilities • Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Requirements
• 8-10 years experience managing a technical support team • 4-5 years experience implementing API Integrations • Competence in using project management software like Monday.com, Jira, and Zendesk • Established and rolled out team KPI’s • Excel proficiency with data sets including v-lookups and pivot tables • Experience working with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams • Ability to manage high-volume task lists effectively
