• 5+ years of experience in a relevant professional setting • Experience recruiting for technical or non-technical roles • Adept at leveraging recruiting software (Applicant Tracking Systems, Sourcing Tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • Ability to work autonomously and run a "full-desk" (sourcing, recruiting, and client management) • Deep understanding of the broader Bitcoin ecosystem and desire to focus exclusively on Bitcoin, not "crypto" • Preference will be given to candidates exhibiting the following characteristics: • Currently residing in North/Central/South American and European time zones • Prior recruiting agency experience
