Description

• Bitly is looking for a seasoned Director of Revenue Operations to drive strategy and operational excellence within our sales and customer success organizations. • This role will lead and build a team responsible for ensuring that GTM teams have the data, strategies, and process support to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth. • This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Customer Success, and will work closely with sales, sales development, customer success, product, marketing, finance, and HR to drive operational alignment and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology company • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of SaaS business models and revenue drivers
