Bixal, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader, a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and both a collaborative and empathetic leader. • The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic product roadmap to communicate product goals and align project work with clearly defined priorities and measurable outcomes. • The Lead Product Manager will work closely with government counterparts and a cross-functional team to deliver meaningful increments of value and will be adept leveraging a structured approach to decision-making in support of product goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required and at least 5 years of related professional experience. • Significant experience in product development from idea to launch and demonstrated capability in delivering outcome-based solutions that deliver value for the organization and for the users. • Demonstrated history of working with cross-functional teams, senior management, external clients, and other partners. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, acute attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
