• This is a remote position. • ProScore Technologies LLC is a leading provider of AI-powered workforce compliance solutions. • Your focus will be on driving innovation, elevating customer satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. • Define and articulate a forward-thinking product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore’s long-term goals and market opportunities. • Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. • Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product initiatives from concept through to launch. • Foster a collaborative culture, empowering teams to deliver on product milestones and exceed customer expectations. • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights and validate product strategies. • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. • Utilize your expertise in AI technologies and compliance standards to guide the development of secure, accurate, and regulatory-compliant features. • Ensure the product consistently delivers value, solving real customer problems and enhancing user satisfaction. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, drive continuous improvement, and align with business objectives. • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, key milestones, and strategic plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling SaaS products. • Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-focused industries is strongly preferred. • Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms. • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and understand technical requirements. • Comprehensive understanding of workforce compliance regulations, such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and DOL guidelines. • Familiarity with complex regulatory environments is essential. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on management. • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. • Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering products that address real challenges and create measurable value. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
