📋 Description
• Spearhead the launch of digital and physical credit and debit cards. • Lead the development, launch, and growth of card products. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, from market research to optimization. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative card solutions. • Define and execute the roadmap for card-related products. • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve product features. • Manage P&L responsibilities to meet revenue targets. • Develop a compelling product vision for consumer payment products.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in product management focused on launching credit or debit card products. • Direct experience with consumer payment products like Affirm, Klarna, Apple Pay, Cash App, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of the card ecosystem, including digital wallets, BNPL, and card-linked payment products. • Proven ability to manage and optimize P&L, achieving revenue goals for card products. • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Excellent communication skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders to balance competing priorities. • Experience with smart contract engineering or blockchain-related products. • Established network within fintech or consumer payment communities. • Background in both startup and established company environments, understanding of scaling card products.
