• Eppo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead engineering-persona focused products in Feature Flagging and AI experimentation. • You will own the vision for Feature Flagging and the discovery process for AI experimentation in 2025. • Conduct user interviews and market research to create a compelling strategy and positioning for products. • Prioritize the product roadmap and collaborate with design and engineering to build the product. • Drive adoption and revenue of these products through collaboration with prospects, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a product manager with at least a year of B2B product management experience focused on the engineering persona • 3+ years experience as a software engineer at tech companies, preferably a growth stage startup • Very comfortable with discovery. You know how to conduct research conversations to uncover insights. • Keen product instinct. You have strong opinions about what we should build and why, balancing data and anecdotes to influence product decisions. • Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to speak to both technical and non-technical personas. • Experience working in a fast-paced technology company. You can adjust on the fly and keep pace with the speed of a growing team. • Natural connector and communicator who is able to work with different teams from engineering to marketing, from sales to design.
