🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, plus at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Demonstrated experience in front-end development with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS/SCSS). • Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility best practices. • Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of RESTful APIs, GitHub workflows, and version control. • Experience with mobile-first and responsive design principles. • Soft Skills: • Mission-Driven Mindset: Passion for improving government digital services and creating user-centered solutions. • Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborative Approach: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers. • Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable troubleshooting UI/UX issues and optimizing front-end performance. • Growth-Oriented: Open to continuous learning, feedback, and innovation. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining consistency and accessibility across all components. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
