We're Hiring an Architect with Diverse Expertise! •As a an Architect, you will be essential in driving sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for one of our valued clients. •Using your expertise in green design, you’ll guide the planning, design, and execution of environmentally responsible projects. •You’ll work closely with the client’s team to bring innovative, sustainable ideas to life, oversee project timelines, manage resources with efficiency, and ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations. •Your role will be key in tackling technical challenges, enhancing project sustainability, and delivering exceptional, forward-thinking results that surpass client expectations.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution •Licensed Architect •At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice •Extensive knowledge in code energy efficiency/green programs: EPA's Energy STAR for Homes, EPA's ENERGY STAR Multifamily, Passive House, ICC-700, Enterprise Green Communities, LEED for Homes, DOE's Zero Energy Ready Home •CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions •Proficiency in REVIT or ArchiCAD or other architectural software •Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills •Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
