Description
• Installs, configures and maintains servers • Performs user account and group administration • Monitors server hardware and configuration • Provides level II help support assistance • Monitors ticketing system for timely issue resolution • Opens support tickets with 3rd party vendor
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • 3+ years knowledge of server administration or related area • Ability to write technical documentation • Good problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communications skills • Must work well in a team environment • Ability to learn independently • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends • A bachelors of science in a technology related field (Desired) • Experience with Puppet (Desired)
