Description
• As an Account Manager you will ensure the success and satisfaction of marketing services clients. • Serve as primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer needs and resolving issues. • Monitor and analyze clients’ digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are executed effectively. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns that arise. • Work to retain clients by ensuring satisfaction with services and addressing issues proactively. • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that could benefit clients' business goals.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in an account manager or client-facing role, preferably within the digital marketing industry. • 1+ years experience with Google Suite and CRM tools such as, or similar, to Zoho, Monday or HubSpot. • 1+ year experience in a metrics-driven organization, with a focus on upselling and maintaining client retention goals. • Google Analytics/AdWords Certification is a big plus. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
