Requirements
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including campaign creation, user journey optimization, and managing marketing technologies • Experience in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement is required • Extremely tech savvy with a passion for execution • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end workflows • Strong understanding of behavioral health or healthcare software is a plus • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strategic mindset • Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare or health tech is a plus
