• RYNO Strategic Solutions is an innovative, full-service Internet marketing company. • Looking for a talented Digital Marketing Tracking Specialist to join our Tracking team. • Responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing tracking systems for clients’ campaigns. • Strong experience in web analytics, tag management, and marketing automation platforms required. • This role is excellent for someone detail-oriented and passionate about digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing tracking or web analytics • Proven expertise with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools • Experience with A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems is a plus • Strong understanding of UTM parameters, pixel tracking, and tag management • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Data Studio or Power BI • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues efficiently • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Google Analytics Certification and/or Google Tag Manager Certification
