Description

• Blackbird Health is looking for a Contract Licensed Psychotherapist to join our inspiring clinical team. • Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Psychotherapist efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based psychotherapy services. • Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients. • As a Contract Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents. • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, individualized treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. • Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments. • Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients. • Collaborate with other specialty providers (i.e., CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan. • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress. • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate. • Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress. • Attend weekly clinical consultation and supervision with your peers.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) • We are seeking therapists who can work after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and any hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekends. This role is perfect for professionals looking for flexible, remote work opportunities in Pennsylvania • Available to work a minimum of 10 billable hours per week
