Description

• BlackCloak’s mission is to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals in their personal lives, mitigating risks to their families, companies, reputation, and finances. • As a Director of Product Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our product strategy and operations. • You will act as the operational backbone for the product team, aligning cross-functional efforts, optimizing processes, and driving data-informed decisions. • As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between product vision and execution, enabling the team to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Should be located in the eastern or central timezone. • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles. • Proven success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or a related industry. • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse teams.
