📋 Description

• BlackCloak’s mission is to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals in their personal lives, mitigating risks to their families, companies, reputation, and finances. • You will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications, driving technical excellence, and mentoring team members. • This position is ideal for a seasoned engineer passionate about creating innovative, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs. • As a T-shaped engineer passionate about user experience, you will ensure that customer interactions with the platform are high quality, delivering value with minimal friction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native applications and a demonstrated track record of leadership in technical roles. • Expertise in JavaScript/Node.js: Extensive experience in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and associated frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express, NestJS), with a focus on large-scale applications. • Front-End Frameworks: Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS), with a strong focus on user experience and performance. • Microservices & API Design: Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex microservices architectures and RESTful APIs. • Database Management: Expertise in designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization. • DevOps Practices: Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the organization. • Agile Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile development processes, with the ability to lead sprints and contribute to continuous process improvement.
