📋 Description

• We are looking for an International Business Development Consultant to support our tenders department and international project development (IPD) team. • This role is ideal for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional with a passion for environmental sustainability and business development. • You will work on proposals, assist with tenders, scout new opportunities, and help develop project-related documentation. • Collaborate closely with experts in the field, gaining hands-on experience in international business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Business Development, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, tenders & proposals, project coordination, or consulting. • Proven track record in environmental consulting, waste management, or sustainability sectors. • Demonstrated experience in managing the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to contract award. • Languages: Fluency in English is required. • Proficiency in additional languages such as German or French or Arabic is a strong advantage. • Technical Skills: Strong writing and research skills for proposal development. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM and project management software. • Familiarity with procurement processes and international development funding mechanisms. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced international environment. • Demonstrated critical thinking and market insight to anticipate industry trends and client needs.
