Description

• Collaborate with respective teams in North America, UK, and Europe to support the development, implementation, and alignment of the sales supporting processes in the META region • Includes working with the teams that are responsible for Technical Sales support, customer on-site trials, customer deployments, and rental operations • Own the Channel Operations function for the region. You will be responsible for the adoption and operations of the Partner Program with Channel Partners in the region, including partner management, onboarding/offboarding, training, QBRs, sales targets and incentive programs, etc. • Help drive sales by working with the Regional Sales Manager(s) and the Channel Partners to move larger, more complex deals across the finish line • Work with the Marketing department to coordinate sales efforts, resources, and content generation specific to the region • Responsible for the lead qualification and proactive lead generation for the region (when applicable) • Identify, measure, and monitor performance and KPIs

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of full-time sales/channel/sales operations experience • Experience growing and building teams • Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines • Proficiency with marketing automation systems and CRM (preferably HubSpot and/or NetSuite)
