As a people-driven technology company, with a mission to make sure every worker returns home safely, we drive innovation, practice resiliency, demonstrate leadership, go the extra mile for our customers, and empower our people to be their best. • The Team Lead, Data Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of Data Engineers and Analysts, including hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Direct the Data projects and vision. This role requires someone who has the vision to partner with product management and others to design and build scaled, low-latency data platforms to enable research, analytics, monitoring and reporting services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a team lead or project management role, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and motivate team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • At least 8 years of extensive experience in data engineering • Track record of driving delivery and scaling improvements • Strong knowledge of Python, AWS, Snowflake, and SQL • Experience working in a Linux environment • Experience working with ETL processes and unstructured data • Passion for technology and building a strong, motivated team of engineers
