β€’ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share. β€’ Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and create sales plans. β€’ Work within the sales team to execute strategies and meet sales targets. β€’ Monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments as needed. β€’ Acquire new business and partnerships, including prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts. β€’ Identify target clients and segments, and generate new partnerships. β€’ Maintain accurate pipeline reports and ensure partner success. β€’ Negotiate business terms with technology partners and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. β€’ Drive new business revenues from financial institutions and affinity markets. β€’ Build product offerings to meet client needs and conduct regular reviews with senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10 years of experience in Business Development or senior sales roles working in a global context. β€’ Previous work experience in Africa is required. β€’ Extensive experience in full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting and closing deals. β€’ Strong ability to interact with executives and make strategic decisions. β€’ In-depth understanding of the FinTech/Cryptocurrency space. β€’ Experience with B2B sales processes, client management, and distribution channel management. β€’ Proven track record in selling API solutions and business development in the FinTech industry. β€’ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and build strong client relationships. β€’ Experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management. β€’ Strong leadership, attention to detail, and team management skills.
