Description

•Blanc Labs is a premier partner for global enterprises, leading in digitization and automation. •Seeking an experienced and dynamic Business System Analyst with hands-on technical development experience. •Collaborate with a team to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for financial services clients. •Ideal candidate will have a strong track record in implementation projects, documentation, and client relationships. •Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions is required.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •5+ years of experience in a similar role. •Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VBA), and Power BI is essential. •Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). •Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow and application development. •Experience with Tableau is an asset. •Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is an asset. •Product management and RFP/RFSQ procurement experience is an asset. •Passion for continuous improvement and a mindset that embraces learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
