Description

• Responsible for leading financial operations and securing investment • Lead efforts to identify and secure capital • Develop and maintain strong investor relationships • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Identify and manage financial risks • Manage banking relationships and optimize capital structure • Collaborate with CEO and executive team for growth strategies • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably with high-tech start-up companies. • Deep understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and investment strategies. • Strong network within the investment and banking communities. • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with precision. • Experience in managing investor relations and navigating complex financial environments.
