β€’ Company Overview: Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. β€’ The Team: The Legal team at Blink thrives at the intersection of innovation and regulation, serving as a strategic thought partner to empower the company’s growth. β€’ The Role: As Commercial and Product Counsel at Blink, you will: β€’ Provide legal guidance and transactional support to achieve business goals while minimizing legal and regulatory risk. β€’ Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including business partnership agreements, data sharing arrangements, vendor and technology contracts and other third-party agreements. β€’ Provide related guidance to Product and Engineering teams on new and existing products and features throughout the entire product development lifecycle. β€’ Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic transactions, commercial relationships and product initiatives. β€’ Develop and implement standardized templates and processes to help the Legal team scale efficiently during a period of high growth. β€’ Work on other ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team, with an ability to help define your role as the business and the Legal team continue to grow.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar. β€’ 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies and/or in-house legal departments. β€’ Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States. β€’ Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills. β€’ Excellent oral and written communications skills, together with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, accessible advice. β€’ Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude. β€’ Sound practical business judgment. β€’ Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred.
