• Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. • We’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. • Customers rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous. • This duality makes working here a rewarding challenge. • We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. • Your primary focus will be on contracts, supporting our growing business by managing and streamlining agreements with clients, partners, and vendors. • This role will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance and is critical to ensuring smooth operations as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on contracts, ideally in-house or at a firm serving technology or financial services clients. • Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong plus. • Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with CLM software and an interest in improving processes through technology. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers. • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. • Agile and flexible in adapting to new challenges, technologies, and regulatory environments.
