Requirements

• JD. • 4+ years of relevant experience. • Law firm and/or in-house legal experience drafting and negotiating technology-focused services agreements. • Growth/impact mindset; positive, collaborative attitude. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organization and task management. • Nice to haves: Experience supporting a sales organization on agreements, both in-house and law firm experience, complex technology transactions, understanding of data privacy laws.
