• Manager, Client Services – Empower the Future of Travel with Blockskye • Blockskye is transforming corporate travel and entertainment with next-generation blockchain-powered booking, payment, and expense solutions. • We drive transparency, trust, and efficiency in travel management. • This position is responsible for the overall relationship between the client and Blockskye. • Provide your client with strategic oversight of their travel program, clear understanding of their business needs and priorities, as well as identifying opportunities to achieve travel program cost savings. • This role is accountable for traveler satisfaction, client retention and revenue strategies. • Ideal for candidates who are consultative, creative, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Dedicated to one of our large global clients.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Travel Operations preferred • 7+ years experience in strategic account management, Sales, Consulting or related skills • Experience managing large, complex client travel programs is required • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships • Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to effectively work across teams to deliver shared goals • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; assertiveness and patience to handle difficult situations • Strong problem solving, decision making and time management skills • Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing • Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers • Contract negotiation skills a plus • Travel as needed.
