Description

• bloXroute is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Business Operations Manager with strong expertise using Hubspot CRM. This role will support our business team by optimizing processes, maintaining clean data, implementing automations, and delivering actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management • 2-3+ years experience with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi),and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models • In-depth understanding of Hubspot’s CRM functionalities, including sales pipeline management, contact and deal creation and reporting • Experience with automation workflows, lead scoring, email tracking and integration with third-party tools within Hubspot • Skilled in creating dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot to analyze sales performance, pipeline health and forecasts • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams • Experience with sales tech stack management • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources for reporting, analysis and data validation process • Ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for process improvement
