Description

• Oversee daily shift activities, ensure smooth task prioritization, and resolve operational issues effectively. • Act as the primary point of contact between engineers and management for escalating critical issues. • Generate and present weekly reports summarizing incidents, resolutions, SLA compliance, and opportunities for process improvement. • Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Adobe Experience Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). • Familiarity with FAC and Data Distiller is a plus. • Google Cloud Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GCP components such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, GCS, and Monitoring tools. • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with outbound marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta, and TikTok for effective data integration. • Team Management: Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills to drive collaboration across teams.
