Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, providing IT support and troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of desktop support and software applications • Experience with network troubleshooting and basic understanding of LAN/WAN • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
