Description
•Monitor daily IT operations including server hardware, software, and services •Serve as the IT stakeholder in selecting and purchasing 3rd party services •Manage IT projects including migrations and renewals •Procure computers for new hires •Own IT onboarding and offboarding processes •Provide end-user support for internal employees •Evaluate technology risks and develop disaster recovery plans •Implement security measures to prevent data breaches •Coordinate technology installations and maintenance •Ensure all IT activities comply with policies and laws
Requirements
•5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure •Experience managing IT operations for growing companies •Experience within a globally distributed team •Experience supporting a range of computer hardware and software •Experience with IT security measures •Strong communication skills •Certifications in IT management are a plus
