β€’ Handle audio-visual equipment setup and assistance during events. β€’ Interact with clients and deliver outstanding customer service on-site. β€’ Ensure a quality AV setup for events. β€’ Maintain and arrange audiovisual equipment. β€’ Provide end users with technical help and assistance. β€’ Assist with technological installs, updates, and troubleshooting. β€’ Offer onboarding assistance to new users. β€’ Effectively communicate with end users to address their technical needs. β€’ Helpdesk support and onboarding best practices and technology should be kept current.

Requirements

β€’ Valid travel documents for US entry required. β€’ Proven expertise as an AV Technician or Helpdesk Support Specialist is required. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Effectiveness in interacting with clients and end users. β€’ Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional demeanor. β€’ Solid organizational and time management competencies. β€’ Capability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. β€’ Capability to travel about once per month. β€’ A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
