β€’ Maintain responsibility for serving as a Helpdesk Technician for several products to include a GOV MDM. β€’ Provide timely assistance to help desk trouble tickets. β€’ Develop a list of best practices and troubleshooting steps to provide all customers. β€’ Provide expertise during all phases of a GOV MDM for both DOD and commercial instances. β€’ Proficiency in Linux, Windows, Android & iOS operating systems. β€’ Ability to deploy, manage and maintain Hypervisors to include Virtual Box and Hyper-V. β€’ Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. β€’ Capture bug reports and help write improvement documentation. β€’ Serve as a Tactical Network and Mobile Systems Integration SME for the customer. β€’ Server management to include building, maintaining and training on OpenVPN Server, Email servers, Active Directory, Open LDAP servers. β€’ Conduct demonstrations, set up and administer demo/trial servers. β€’ Apply STIG configurations to multiple different operating systems. β€’ Travel in support of customer training and installation events.

Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in current Microsoft desktop and Azure server operating systems. β€’ Exceptional problem-solving skills for resolving issues with complex systems. β€’ Familiarity with TAK and Mission Command Systems and experience in fielding Army systems. β€’ Knowledge of network encryption methods, both hardware and virtual. β€’ Familiarity with mobile device management tools and policy management. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office Tools, data management, analysis, standards, and communication skills (verbal and written). β€’ Expertise in Network Operations Convergence technical design, methodologies, project, and process. β€’ Cloud infrastructure and architecture knowledge. β€’ Understanding of firewalls, ports, and protocols. β€’ Experience in deploying and troubleshooting containerized services. β€’ Ability to review logs and analyze data. β€’ Familiarity with VPNs, DNS, and scripting (Linux OS). β€’ Understanding of Active Directory, x509 public key PKI, client and server certificates, and certificate authorities. β€’ Must be a US citizen and pass a background check and drug screening.
