Description

β€’ Desk-side, email, phone, and ticketing system support of operating systems, printing, applications, and light network/server support. β€’ Installs, configures, and supports software as needed for new user computers and devices. β€’ Creates and manages user accounts in various systems. β€’ Monitors and corrects transactional issues with soft-copy file transfers using GUI tools. β€’ Self-initiated research to learn and apply problem-resolution steps. β€’ Escalate issues that require engineer-level support and/or have exceeded SLA timelines. β€’ Monitors work queue for follow-up and to ensure resolution. β€’ Consistent communication of issue/need status and resolution in writing to IT management and affected user(s).

Requirements

β€’ Advanced understanding of Windows operating systems including user administration, domain, printing, and related networking. β€’ Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite. β€’ Apple iPhone & Android device, basic knowledge with the ability to support and troubleshoot. β€’ Proficient typing for quick and accurate written data entry, communication, and documentation.
