• Manage Bluecore onboarding for new customers • Ensure customers have Bluecore fully configured • Train customers to start implementing campaigns • Establish strong relationships with clients • Coordinate transition from Sales to Customer Success • Communicate project status to clients • Participate in cross-functional teams for product features
Requirements
• At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in a technology environment • Experience with Email Marketing required • Proven ability to manage multiple projects • ESP/Deliverability understanding • Strong technical skills • Proactive, energetic attitude desired • Detailed documentation practice • Basic problem solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Fantastic interpersonal and influencing skills • BA/BS degree required
