📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Project Manager with 3+ years of experience. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and develop marketing campaigns that are both effective and memorable. • You will conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify new opportunities for a leading US-based agency. • Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality. • Responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, overseeing production, optimizing creatives, monitoring trends, reporting insights, and project management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3+ years of experience in a related field • Strong scriptwriting and copywriting abilities, particularly for short-form ads • Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok analytics, etc.) to inform creative decisions • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders • Experience coordinating creators, influencers, or production teams • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team collaboration • Preferred: Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for mobile apps and/or subscription brands • Preferred: Knowledge of creative testing strategies, including hooks, CTAs, and A/B testing frameworks • Ability to work in US Eastern Time hours (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
