• This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. • We are currently seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team and support our clients within our Professional Services organization. • The Project Manager will have dual responsibility for scoping and delivery of all aspects of the project, from initiation to completion. • They are responsible for ensuring the opportunities are scoped appropriately by working with internal teams and projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget. • The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, team members and management. • Duties and Responsibilities include Project Scoping, Project Planning, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget and Resource Management, Risk Management, Project Execution and Monitoring, Quality Control, Documentation and Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. • Proven 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation principles. • Ability to work with multi time zone teams in both the U.S. as well as Eastern Europe. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
