🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands on development experience with a focus on Shopify/Hydrogen • 2+ years in an engineering team lead role • Strong understanding of headless e-commerce and its applications • Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative product development process • Ability to deliver high quality software in a team environment utilizing a scrum process • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Is able to self-manage, but can collaborate effectively • Doesn't feel comfortable committing code without tests • Strong front-end/JavaScript knowledge, React in particular • Exhibits leadership qualities, including strong communications skills • Located in the US (strong preference for East Coast), with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
