• Passionate about the environment, sustainability and Blueland’s mission • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Brand Management experience in the omnichannel CPG space • Experience with end to end go-to-market strategy and execution for physical products • Highly analytical, detail oriented and organized • Able to design, execute and analyze quantitative and qualitative consumer, category and product insights studies • Strong written and verbal communication • Excellent project management, communication, and people and organization skills • Experience working with Brand and Creative teams on physical product packaging, sustainable packaging experience a plus • A desire and humility to always improve, learn and grow • Advanced proficiency with Google Slides, Powerpoint and Excel is required. Experience with Slack, Google Suite, Asana, and Notion is preferred
