Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field (e.g., MSW, MS in Counseling). • Licensure: Licensed or license-eligible in your field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). • Experience: 3+ years of post-license clinical experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy. • Evidence-Based Practice: Deep understanding of evidence-based assessments, worksheets, and interventions. • Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability: Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively under tight timelines. • AI Familiarity and Interest: Strong, demonstrable interest in AI tools and how they can be used to accelerate clinical work without compromising on clinical accuracy. • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools, CMS platforms, and data analytics tools to manage and deploy content swiftly. • Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly interpret and apply clinical research findings and content usage data to inform decisions.
