Description

β€’ This is a client support role. β€’ A typical day will be managing incidents, solving service requests and expanding on your skillset. β€’ When not tending to incidents, continue to develop skills or take on DevOps tasks. β€’ Looking for someone with at least two years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate with an elite group of engineers to continually build up skillset and build a career in the cloud industry. β€’ Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm ET, weekend on-call once a month or other shifts.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of cloud administration experience β€’ 2+ incident management experience β€’ 1+ year of system administration and networking experience β€’ Azure experience β€’ Ticketing system experience β€’ Linux/Windows server experience β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Strong multi-tasker β€’ Self starter β€’ Team player β€’ Consulting experience (preferred) β€’ Enterprise experience (preferred) β€’ Azure certifications (preferred) β€’ Kubernetes experience (preferred) β€’ Terraform experience (preferred)
