📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We invite you to join our team as a Web Developer, being key in the execution of an ambitious strategy. • We are looking for a talented and passionate professional who can dedicate at least 40 hours per week to achieve exceptional results in a short period of time. • Short Term Goals: Research and documentation of workflows for the development of our website. • Participate in the continuous evolution of the web development strategy, testing and analyzing the results of integrations and APIs. • Writing code in the required languages, website replication skills from designs on other platforms such as Adobe XD & Figma. • Propose how to improve to enhance the results of the code. • Long Term Perspectives: After the initial phase, we will do an integration in other areas of the company, working on the optimization of processes and marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in web development. • Know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python. • Have the ability to replicate web pages using pure CSS (without frameworks). • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Willingness to learn and adapt. • Effective team collaboration and communication skills. • Highly desirable: Interest in personal development and knowledge about Real Estate, books or executive summaries (marketing, administration, etc.), can be helpful in developing ideas and strategies when necessary.
