Description
• Responsible for executing the yearly billing compliance workplan • Conduct Evaluation and Management and procedure audits of medical records • Develop audit reports and review findings with clinicians • Ensure completion of billing compliance audits
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of secondary education and compliance related job experience • RN, other clinical degree or Master's Degree is desirable • Certification through the AAPC (CPC, etc.) and/or AHIMA (CCS-P, etc.) is required • Certification through HCCA is desired • Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in a health care environment • Provider education experience is also desirable
