• Identifying the skilling and learning needs of the individual employee and the organization as a whole. • Ideating and designing learning strategies and programs. • Developing customized learning plans for each individual and team. • Creating training schedules to upgrade the skills of employees and teams in a time-sensitive manner. • Designing the most suited way to impart knowledge on a case-by-case basis - gamified courses, e-learning courses, workshops, on-the-job training, etc. • Identifying and onboarding trainers (internal and external) for the various learning programs. • Designing and implementing assessment frameworks for learning programs. • Ensuring compliance with the learning charter. • Effectively using a learning management system to manage and track the learning lifecycle. • Planning and managing the budget for this function. • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants as required.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in managing a learning center for talent focussed companies. • Experience in using Learning Management Systems.
