📋 Description

• At Bogaard Group International (BGI), we offer a selection of custom security solutions tailored to fit the needs of our clients. • We are looking for a non-technical Project Coordinator who will work closely with our team of Consultants and Project Managers to support existing clients. • Although the position is remote, candidates must be located in Southern California - ideally in the Los Angeles area - to allow for local travel to clients on short notice. • Support the day-to-day work required to develop SOPs, reports, and trainings in a user-friendly manner that aligns with BGI and the assigned client’s culture. • Coordinate the schedule of activities for assigned projects internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure all projects remain on track. • Maintain all documentation associated with assigned projects in accordance with BGI and client requirements. • Proactively escalate any foreseen issues with timelines, resources, and/or personnel to assigned Project Manager(s) or Consultant(s). • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows associated with assigned projects. • Remain flexible to the needs of assigned clients while balancing multiple priorities and projects. • Support various operational and administrative duties for the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field preferred. • Degree in Criminology, Law, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Research experience is strongly preferred. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Possess a strong desire to learn new things and to grow within the company. • High level of social awareness and emotional intelligence to foster strong, collaborative relationships both within the organization and with external clients. • Ability to multitask and balance competing deadlines and projects. • Ability to travel regionally as required. • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools, technology, and applications.
