📋 Description

• Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences. • We are a global team united by our desire to connect diverse people with shared values. • We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and aim to grow to over 5,000 by 2027. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Administrator to join our team. • As a HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of our HubSpot system. • You will play a vital role in ensuring that our HubSpot implementation aligns with our organizational needs. • Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, implementing HubSpot, customizing workflows, and training users.

🎯 Requirements

• The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of HubSpot's capabilities, best practices, and is proficient in utilizing the platform to optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales processes. • Open to working in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment • Open to traveling when needed • Great at in-person and virtual conversations • Self-driven, analytical, and a problem solver • Able to multitask, prioritize, and project manage various projects and tasks • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated • Wanting to help build the sales support function at Boldr • 2+ years of relevant experience in HubSpot administration or a similar CRM. • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, functionality, and best practices. • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales processes. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and automation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate data and produce quality reports. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, etc.) are a plus. • The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications. • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and always looking to improve professionally. • A customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds.
