Description

β€’ Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. β€’ Handle inbound calls and email inquiries, assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and product or service issues. β€’ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. β€’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures. β€’ Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. β€’ Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved. β€’ Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. β€’ Work closely with other team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or a related field is preferred. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat platforms. β€’ Multitasking and time-management skills. β€’ Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
