β’ Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. β’ Handle inbound calls and email inquiries, assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and product or service issues. β’ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. β’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures. β’ Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. β’ Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved. β’ Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. β’ Work closely with other team members to improve service delivery.
β’ Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or a related field is preferred. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. β’ Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. β’ Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat platforms. β’ Multitasking and time-management skills. β’ Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
