• The VP of Engineering is responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams • Deliver high-quality software with clear standards for security, performance, reliability, usability, and simplicity. • Ensure timely delivery of projects and products. • Build customer confidence in engineering capabilities, product quality, and roadmap. • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment, promoting open communication and alignment. • Create an inclusive, autonomous, and competent engineering team.
Requirements
• 10 years of progressive experience in engineering with at least 5 years of that in a leadership position • A founder's mindset with experience building and launching new products • Saas and AWS or Azure experience required • Experience building and scaling high performing teams with a customer-centric approach to problem solving
