Description
• Work full time (min 20, max 40 hours per week), semi-flexible time, fully remote. • Be a go-to business expert, acting as a first responder and guiding beacon for businesses owners. • Work with a diverse group of clients that will keep you on your toes. • Work as a team to provide multi-faceted support from monthly bookkeeping to full accounting backoffice. • Clean ups and Monthly financial review to manage client mayhem. • Provide TOP NOTCH accounting services, in a realm that chronically underserves business owners. • Account group manager - oversee operations of the client group, workflow, and advise team members.
Requirements
• Active CPA license, required. • US accounting education proven experience in high-level accounting with a minimum of 2 years' experience in any accounting-related role (we encourage women reentering the workforce after an absence!). • Exceptional knack for attention to detail and precision when it comes to financial wizardry. • A maestro with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite. • Communication and interpersonal skills that sparkle. • Ability to dive into the personal and sensitive world of financial information. • A knack for making the complex seem not so complex at all. • Not just a worker bee, but a self-starter who can take charge. • Work independently and manage time like a true pro. • Willing to jump in and take on work to help team members at busy times.
