Description

• Driving sales of SaaS and Boost products in the new category – physiotherapy • Actively acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure • Establishing contact with decision-makers and conducting sales conversations (via phone and online) • Conducting market research and tailoring sales activities to specific customer needs • Creating product demonstrations and assisting clients in configuring the application according to their needs • Managing client relationships – from initial contact through the onboarding process • Representing Booksy at industry fairs and events, acquiring new clients • Collaborating closely with the Onboarding Team and logging activities in the CRM (Salesforce) • Participating in assigned projects, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry) • Experience in telephone sales is required • Knowledge of sales techniques and adaptability to medical and pharmaceutical sector needs • Strong internal motivation to achieve set goals and a target-oriented approach • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships • Maturity, independence, responsibility, and a high level of engagement • Strong time management skills • Good knowledge of Google Suite and CRM Salesforce • Proactive approach to building customer relationships through social networks • Communicative level of English (minimum B1)
