• Due to our dynamic growth and global expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher. • You will play a vital part in understanding user interactions with our app interface. • Your responsibilities will include identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement. • You’ll analyze the collected research data and draw insights to support design decisions. • Your main task will be to explore the needs, behaviors and perspectives of our users. • You’ll conduct interviews, observations and surveys to get additional user feedback. • You’ll prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to the product team. • You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and other team members. • You’ll have a chance to follow the latest trends in the UX field and adapt your skills.

Requirements

• Years of practical experience in the field of UX quantitative research. • Experience as a researcher working with a complex product. • Proficiency in a range of research methods and the ability to select and apply them appropriately. • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and with internal stakeholders. • A track record of research findings leading to tangible changes in product design or development. • Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex research findings. • The ability to empathize and understand users' needs and perspectives. • Familiarity with tools and software like Google Office Tools, Google Forms, Survicate, Qualaroo, Miro, ChatGPT, Figma, and Tableau.
